Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 2–5 business days

- Europe: 7–15 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days
- Other countries: 14–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via our order tracking page.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
